Here are our most frequently asked questions about the hire and purchase of our light-up letters.

Hire

Where are you based and where do you deliver?

We are based in Lincolnshire and deliver to events throughout the UK.

How much are your light-up letters and numbers to hire?

There are several factors that we take into consideration when pricing e.g., location, number of letters ordered etc. Please contact us for a quote.

To provide a quote as quickly as possible we will need to know the following:
Which letters/numbers you would like to hire?
Where do they need to be delivered to?
When do you need them?

How much deposit do you require?
A 40% deposit is required to confirm your order.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event. We will send a reminder email.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance and PAT Test certificates?
Yes. Our public liability insurance and PAT certificate can be supplied upon request.
When do you set up and collect?

We work with you and the venue to arrange delivery, setup, and collection. We will contact you about 2 weeks prior to your event to confirm the logistics. Generally, we set up early morning on the day of the event. We collect after the event has finished or the following morning. We will contact your venue prior to the event to confirm details.

What light-up letters and numbers do you have?

We have every letter and number including multiples of many letters and numbers. We also have a wide range of symbols. All of our light-up letters, numbers, signs and symbols are manufactured by us in our Lincolnshire workshop, so if we don’t have it, we can manufacture it for you (providing we have sufficient notice).

How tall are your letters and numbers?

All of our light-up letters, numbers, signs and symbols are 150cm tall, the width varies depending on the letters or number. The ampersand (&) is slightly smaller for better aesthetics.

Yes. All our light-up letters come with warm, white diamond LED lights as standard. However, we do have a range of coloured options available including:

What size are your light-up letters?

Our standard range of light-up letters are 4ft tall, however, we can manufacture them in any size. If you have a custom request, please get in touch.

What are your light-up letters made from?

Our standard range of light-up letters are made from wood. However, if you are looking for a bespoke font or style, we also manufacture light-up letters from steel or aluminium.

Are your light-up letters suitable for outdoor use?

Our wooden, 4ft standard range of light-up letters are suitable for indoor use. However, we can manufacture them for outdoor use. Please contact us if you require customised letter lights.

Can we have different coloured lights?

Our standard range of light-up letters come with warm, white, diamond LED lights. However, a wide range of alternative lighting options are available. Including red, orange, yellow, green, blue, pink and purple. 

What colour are your light-up letters?

Our standard range of light-up letters, numbers, signs, and symbols are painted white. However, if you’re looking for something bespoke, we can paint them in any colour.

How much do your light-up letters cost?

Where do you deliver?

Our light-up letters, numbers, signs, and symbols can be delivered anywhere throughout the UK.

What is the lead time?

All our light-up letters are individually handcrafted and made to order. Our lead time is approx. 6 weeks. However, this can vary. If you require an express order, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
